About This Event
Local businesses along Broad Street hand out candy to costumed kids for a safe trick-or-treating experience.
Participating businesses display orange balloons in their windows. Start at either end of Broad Street and work your way through. Over 40 businesses participate. Great for younger trick-or-treaters who want a safe, walkable route before the evening neighborhood trick-or-treating begins at 6 PM.
